Akvaterm AKVA 2000 EK+K Accumulator Tank with cut insulation

Capacity 300-10 000 litres. The insulation is 100 mm seamless polyurethane faced with steel sheet. Detachable side panels are also an option. An uninsulated accumulator tank coated with corrosion protection paint can also be delivered. The upper hatch has a standard hot water coil.A domestic hot water pre-heating coil, a solar heating coil and other coils can be placed in the lower hatch. There are 2” couplings for the electrical resistors located at center and bottom of the tank. Built-in guide pipes ensure the proper layering of heat. Standard domestic hot water coil size LK35. Standard pressure class 1.5 bar. Other available pressure classes 3, 4 and 6 bar.The cut insulation tank version features a detachable insulation skin reducing the tank width by 8inches for transport and access. Once installed into position the insulation skin is refitted to ensure Akvaterm's renowned AKVA tank standard insulation.

Atmos A25 Pellet Burner

The Atmos A25 is able to burn only good quality white pellets from soft wood without bark ø 6-8mm, length 10-25mm with heating power 16-19 MJ.kg-1. Burners are not able to burn pellets with high caking property in the burning chamber. In this case, the burning chamber should be cleaned once per day.

For these burners, the following conveyors are recommended:

A screw conveyor for the ATMOS A25 - DA1500 burner that is 1,5 metres long with a diameter of 75 mm

Non-gasification boilers are meant for burning wood on basic principle of burning without suction fan.

The body of the boiler is made of sheet plates 6 – 3mm thickness. It´s feeding chamber is in the inner lower part equiped by moving grate with holes for primary air inlet and for easier ash removing. Under the grate is an ash-pan serving for easy and comfortable ash removing. The power output is controlled by the draught regulation Honeywell FR124. Which controls the primary air inlet flap. The flue way is fitted with a waste gas throttling flap.
