A Tree Survey is a professional assessment of the trees on a site, usually conducted by a qualified arborist. It is often a legal requirement for planning applications (BS5837 Survey) to ensure construction does not negatively impact protected trees. The survey identifies tree species, health, age, and any safety recommendations for the property.
